Twilight!!!

So of course I went and saw Twilight opening day with every other girl in Utah. And yes I loved it and yes I'm in love with Edward. Shhh, don't tell Josh, well actually I think he already knows. Anyways, thanks to all my cute and fun friends who came with me.... to bad we weren't wearing "Bite Me Edward" t-shirts. Maybe to the next one. I'm excited they have more of a budget for the next one. It should be good. Thanks again to my sister-in-law Whitney for getting us tickets to the reserved theatre. It was a blast!!!

Seaworld and Newport Beach

We spent a week in California the second week in November. It was definitely one of the best vacations we've ever been on. It was beautiful sunny weather the whole week. We spent two days at Disneyland, one day at seaworld and the rest of the time on beautiful Newport Beach and the pool at the Marriot where we stayed. We were there with Mitch Josh's brother, and his wife Emily, and thier kids. Colton had so much fun with his cousin Owen. They LOVED the beach and playing in the sand. They chased the birds and made sand castles. I had a great time myself at the beach, there is nothing so relaxing to me as sitting on the beach watching and listening to the ocean waves. While we were on our trip, we celebrated mine and Mitch's birthdays. We also took the boys to see Madagascar 2. Colton loves to sing......"I like to move it move it." It was a cute movie, what I managed to see....I was dealing with Livy. One of the highlights of our trip was eating at this mexican restaurant Las Brisas. We loved it soooo much we ate their twice while we were there. I also loved this little restaurant called the Beachcomber Cafe, which was literally right on the beach. They had yummy food and it was fun to be right on the beach. Another highlight for me, was where we stayed. Josh's parents have a timeshare at the Marriot at Newport Beach. The room/condo, was beautiful. I loved the room that Josh and I stayed in, went we to sleep with the window open listening to the ocean and we woke up to the beautiful view of the ocean. We had a great time at Seaworld, thier newest attraction is the Sesame Street playland. It had a few rides and a splash pad and a huge jungle gym climbing area. Colton could have spent one whole day there. Newport Beach is definitely one of my most favorite places to visit.

Happiest place on Earth

Happiest place on Earth

We spent two days in Disneyland while we were in California. We had such a blast! We were there on my birthday which was fun. It was on a Monday and Josh made dinner reservations for us at the Blue Bayou, which is a restaurant in the Pirates of the Carribean ride. Which is one of my favorite rides. I wasn't able to ride any rides the last time we went to Disneyland because I was pregnant, so I loved being able to go on the rides. It was so much fun to have Mitch & Emily there with us, with thier cute little family. And Josh's parents flew in to spend one day with us in Disneyland. The boys had sooo much fun. Colton had been looking forward to the trip for months. He is at the funnest age for Disneyland. His favorite rides were probably Nemo, the Buzz Lightyear ride, the Tiki Room, he even got to ride a big ride this year, the Matterhorn. He said he loved it except when it got dark. We went over to California Adventures and went to Bugs Land, which Colton loved. He also saw a show with Crush the turtle from Nemo that he loved. One of his favorite things we did while in Disneyland, is we went to a character breakfast with Grandma and Grandpa. Colton loved this, all the characters came to our table and signed their autographs in Colton's book and got a picture with him. They were all so cute and nice. Minnie was blowing kisses and Tigger was his favorite. We had such a fun time at the happiest place on Earth!! Thanks Mitch, Emily, Owen, Lola, Grandma, and Grandpa for going with us. We love you.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!

It's official, I have one year left in my twenties!! How sad. I don't feel that old. The girls went to lunch and shopping the Friday before I left for California, to celebrate my b-day. We went to The Cheescake Factory (again) I know, I must love that place. We had a great time. Here's me with my beautiful mom and sis. Thanks for a fun day!

This was the only picture we took of Livy and I. It would be a good one if the bright flash wasn't reflecting in the glass.

WINTER WONDERLAND!

Colton and I had a fun snow day today. When Colton saw the snow he got sooo excited. He immediately wanted to go out and play in it. I convinced him he could after breakfast. And I was excited too because it gave me a chance to try out my new camera that Josh got me for my birthday. These pictures are proof that you can have fun on a snowy day.

This is Frosty, our snowman. I had forgotten how hard it is to build a snowman, but I had some help from my little guy. (He put the nose on Frosty) And we had to put the scarf on Frosty to keep him warm. Now I need to find a top hat. :)

I love my camera, it takes beautiful pictures. Now I just need to learn how to use it. Thank you Josh for my early b-day present.:)

I thought this shadow just looked neat!

Colton had fun playing on his swingset. Yay we can use it all year round!

Going down the slide.

Rolling in the snow.

Attempting to make a snow angel. He insisted on laying down right next to the fence.

One more picture of Colton and Frosty. They are so cute!! One day Livy will be out here with us.

I always love the first snowy days of the season, it's the last ones that I hate.:( And ironically, I think my niece wynter is being born today.
