Sunny St. Thomas

Oh.......I am soooo behind on my blogging!! This is a post of our way fun vacation to beautiful St. Thomas. This first picture was taken from the balcony of our room at the Marriott. It was a very beautiful hotel. I loved it!

Another picture from the balcony of our room.

Me, Josh and the kids, enjoying a day of fun and sun on the beach. We also did some snorkeling, which was so fun.

Colton ready to head out to the pool.

Livy squatting in the sand.:)

This is a very pretty beach on the island of St. John.

We had such a great time with grandpa and grandma, they spoil their grandkids.

Colton had soooo much fun snorkeling. He loves to snorkel.......here he is with all of his snorkel gear. At one beach we bought Milk Bone doggie treats and fed the fish in the ocean. It was probably Colton's most favorite thing we did. The pretty tropical fish just swarmed us, it was so neat!

Livy playing with grandpa.

Love this picture!

One day while on Saphire Beach, we rented this fun little paddle boat and cruised around.

Dad, Mom and Colton on the paddle boat.

Cheesy Livy!

Colton had so much fun on this slide at our hotel. He could have spent every minute of our vacation on this slide.

Colton had fun with grandpa in the pool.

Daddy, Colton and Livy on the slide.

Colton had so much fun with all the iguanas we saw. They were everywhere, just walking around the parking lots, down the sidewalks, by the pool.....It was crazy!

Livy sportin' her pink shades.

Colton was done with shopping for the day. We would go downtown and shop for jewelry, bags, purses, perfume, clothes.....so fun!

This was taken before dinner one night at restaurant that was right on the beach. It was beautiful.

I had to get a picture of Liv's curly hair. It was so curly in St. Thomas because of the humidity. I loved it!

Another picture of all of us at the restaurant on the beach I can't remember the name of it. But I do remember that I ate yummy lobster there. We had such a great time with grandma and grandpa in St. Thomas...we did lots of snorkeling, playing on the beach and at the pool, shopping, kayaking, eating out, relaxing (a little) and being together was the best part.

Halloween Pictures at Gardner Village

It's a tradition every year to get the grandkids pictures in their Halloween costumes. This year we went to Gardner Village (one of my favorite places to go this time of year),  and a friend of one of my sisters-in-law took the pictures. They turned out so cute....... Here is my Scooby-Doo and Tinkerbell.  Also featured is their cousins....Emrie (Cindy Lou Who), Keaton (The Grinch), Owen (A pirate), Lola (A Witch), and Wynter was a cute little skunk but was sick the day we took the pictures. :(

Tink was starting to get grouchy (note the picture above). The photographer pulled out a dum dum sucker and that did the trick!

The Spaghetti Factory

Me and my best teaching buddies, Jessie and Callie, get together a couple times a year to catch up. We usually go to lunch or dinner in October or November to celebrate all of our birthdays. Both of theirs are in October and mine is in November. This year we went to The Spaghetti Factory, we had a great time as always. It is so fun to stay in touch, we always have a lot to talk and laugh about.
On this particular night we spent a lot of time laughing at this goofball. It was a Friday night and Josh would much rather hang out with three women than stay home and babysit. So he joined us. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US!!!

Ryan "The FireMan"

My sister Natalie's boyfriend Ryan, is a firefighter. Colton loves firemen and firetrucks so he loves Ryan. Ryan invited him to take a tour of his firestation. Colton took his little buddy Max along and they had a blast! Here they are inside the truck where Ryan sits. Colton and Max both received a fire hat and badge.

Ryan put on his full body fireman uniform.

Beep! Beep! They got to pretend drive the truck.

Here is Ryan all suited up. When he was getting ready to put his mask on, a black widow fell out of it. Creepy!

It's kind of hard to see, but the boys are holding a chain saw in this picture.

Livy's turn to drive.

Checkin' out the ambulance.

Whoops! This is a repeat.

Thanks to Ryan for a fun experience at the firestation. The boys each left with a baggie full of fire stuff and their fire hats and badges. They had a great time!
