Happy Halloween 2009

A few days before Halloween we went to our ward's Halloween party. Colton had his face painted and was very proud of it. He had a black cat on one cheek and a spider on the other cheek.

I had some of my friends over with their kids for a Halloween lunch. I made yummy Witches Brew in the black cauldron.

Natalie and her boyfriend Ryan wanted to see the kids in their costumes, so we met them at a Red Mango and hung out for awhile.

Trick-or-Treating time........

Olivia was so cute trick or treating by herself for the first time.

I had to get a picture of the the beautiful full moon on Halloween night.

After trick or treating we invited our neighbors over for soups in a pumpkin shaped bread bowl, desserts and Witches Brew. We all dressed up, the kids watched a movie in the theater, we played games and had a lot of fun.

Josh and I were Casear and Cleopatra, there was Wonder Woman and Captain America, The Flinstones, a witch, a doctor, cheerleaders, gypsies, Neopoleon Dynamite and his girlfriend, and pirates. It was a very fun Halloween!

Breakfast with the Witches at Gardner Village.

This year we thought it would be fun to go to a little event called, Breakfast with the Witches, at Gardner Village. We got up on Halloween morning which was on a Saturday and got the kids in thier costumes. Colton was Scooby-Doo and Olivia was Tinkerbell. A bunch of our fun neighbors came with us. This is Colton eating breakfast with one of the Witches standing by.

Here is the kids table....there was Minnie Mouse, Mulan, a girl baseball player, a lady bug, gypsies, Nemo, Scooby-Doo and Tinkerbell.

While we ate breakfast the Witches put on a performance and sang Halloween songs. Then after breakfast the kids paraded around with the Witches to music, so everyone could see their costumes.

Livy and Colton with Britt....They love Britt, she is a great babysitter and friend to them.

Here's the whole gang, it was a great way to start off our Halloween celebration!!

This one was my favorite Witch. :)

Sunny St. Thomas

Oh.......I am soooo behind on my blogging!! This is a post of our way fun vacation to beautiful St. Thomas. This first picture was taken from the balcony of our room at the Marriott. It was a very beautiful hotel. I loved it!

Another picture from the balcony of our room.

Me, Josh and the kids, enjoying a day of fun and sun on the beach. We also did some snorkeling, which was so fun.

Colton ready to head out to the pool.

Livy squatting in the sand.:)

This is a very pretty beach on the island of St. John.

We had such a great time with grandpa and grandma, they spoil their grandkids.

Colton had soooo much fun snorkeling. He loves to snorkel.......here he is with all of his snorkel gear. At one beach we bought Milk Bone doggie treats and fed the fish in the ocean. It was probably Colton's most favorite thing we did. The pretty tropical fish just swarmed us, it was so neat!

Livy playing with grandpa.

Love this picture!

One day while on Saphire Beach, we rented this fun little paddle boat and cruised around.

Colton had so much fun on this slide at our hotel. He could have spent every minute of our vacation on this slide.

Colton had fun with grandpa in the pool.

Daddy, Colton and Livy on the slide.

Colton had so much fun with all the iguanas we saw. They were everywhere, just walking around the parking lots, down the sidewalks, by the pool.....It was crazy!

Livy sportin' her pink shades.

Colton was done with shopping for the day. We would go downtown and shop for jewelry, bags, purses, perfume, clothes.....so fun!

This was taken before dinner one night at restaurant that was right on the beach. It was beautiful.

I had to get a picture of Liv's curly hair. It was so curly in St. Thomas because of the humidity. I loved it!

Another picture of all of us at the restaurant on the beach I can't remember the name of it. But I do remember that I ate yummy lobster there. We had such a great time with grandma and grandpa in St. Thomas...we did lots of snorkeling, playing on the beach and at the pool, shopping, kayaking, eating out, relaxing (a little) and being together was the best part.
