MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! I realize this post is quite late. But better late than never. I have to remember what a fun christmas our family had this year. It was Olivia's first christmas. Colton and Livy wore matching christmas p.j.'s. I took a picture of our christmas tree. I absolutely love christmas trees and lights. Saddest day of the year is when I had to take it all down. Grandma and grandpa joined us bright and early christmas morning. They have a tradition to alternate going to their grandkids' houses to watch them open presents. This year was Colton and Livy's turn. It was so great! They are fun grandparents.

Good morning!!!! I took a picture of Livy when she first woke up. (Okay when we woke her up, it was christmas, she couldn't miss anything.)

Daddy feeding Livy her bottle.

It didn't take Colton long to start opening his christmas presents. Santa was good to Colton and Livy this year. Christmas is by far so much more fun with kids. Here's Colton with his new mitt. He loves every sport as long as thier is a ball involved. And he loved the movie Bolt and Santa must have known because He brought him Bolt.

Olivia in her cute "Santa's little helper" p.j.'s, opening her stocking. She got some "Baby Signing Time d.v.d's and a little stuffed animal duckie, among other things.

We had so much fun opening presents.

Livy loved helping Colton open his presents.

Grandpa filming our christmas morning.

I had to get a picture of this. Colton leaned over and gave Livy a big hug and kiss.

Me in the p.j.s Josh got for me.

Look daddy.......

Liv loves her V-Tech moving ball, it lights up and makes sounds.

SMILE!! Notice the green bow on daddy's head, Colton put it there.

Livy got a really fun play mat from mom and dad.

Colton loves to help his sister. He is very good to her.

Here's Liv with the cutest little crawling Pooh bear. He crawls and plays music and says "crawling is fun!"

My big gift was a Garmin gps watch for when I go running. I LOVE IT!!

When Colton and Livy thought they were done opening presents there was a note in the christmas tree from Santa, that told them to check under the christmas tree downstairs for their last presents. Santa knew that Colton wanted dinosaurs for christmas this year. This is Colton with Koda the dinosaur. He's pretty cool, you can feed him and sit on him, he moves and makes noises.

Livy got this fun jungle playset. It also makes noises and lights up. There are little balls that you put on the monkey's hand and they go down the slide.

This is the other dinosaur that Santa brought for Colton his name is Spike and he's remote control.

Colton riding on Koda.
Grandma and grandpa went home when we were done opening presents. Then we got ready and headed over to their house to meet up with all of the Stephens family for more presents. Here's Livy with a fun octapus toy that grandma and grandpa got her.

Colton with his Lion from grandma and grandpa.

After spending time at grandma and grandpa Stephens, we headed over to grandpa Kelly's house for brunch and more presents. Here is colton with one of his favorite toys, the slinky.

Livy quite liked the golf clubs Colton got.

Aunt Natalie with her new make-up brushes.

Grandpa dancing in his new apron. He loves to cook and especially grill in the summer time.

Olivia posing her famous fish face.

Natalie with her binder of recipes that I made for her, and Josh with his new U of U shirt from my dad. It's an ongoing battle they have between their teams. Josh lost their last bet because Utah won, so now he is supposed to wear all Utah clothing out on the town or to dinner or something.
We ended our christmas day at grandma Ann's house. She made us a really yummy, fancy christmas dinner. I think it was the first time I ever had buffalo. It was delicious. Here is Livy with her grandma.

Colton got Tigger and Eeorye from grandma.

Livy got this adorable flower head band from grandma and a stuffed lamb.

There's no doubt we all got spoiled this christmas , especially Colton and Olivia. They are very loved. We had a great Christmas day and a wonderful Christmas season. Thanks to all who shared it with us. We love you!!!
I had to take this picture of Colton Christmas night about five minutes into our drive home. He had a very busy day.

Zoo Lights

The Monday before Christmas we went to zoo lights with Josh's family. It was very cold...but very fun! I think they do an incredible job.The lights were so beautiful and the displays were so cute! Colton and I are in front of the gingerbread house. Colton tried to go inside, he was a little disappointed that he couldn't.

Cute Emrie, Colton's cousin. She calls him skippy......they have a lot of fun together.

This picture didn't really turn out, but they still look cute. Notice the caterpillar in the background.

Emrie and Colton mimicking gorillas, it was pretty funny.

I loved this display of an elephant with her baby.

And here's my baby all bundled up. She enjoyed looking at the lights too. She was probably warmer then any of us too.

Grandma and grandpa always spoil the kids. This is a little elephant toy that lights up that they gave to them.

Colton's cousins Emrie and Keaton.

Daddy and Colton in the stinky reptile room. Colton loved watching the little swimming turtles, especially the little one that was trying to bite the big one's head. Colton thought that was so funny.

Can't go to the zoo without going on the carousel. Usually Colton picks the bald eagle to ride. I don't know why, I guess he thinks he's flying.

Uncle Joel and Colton's other cute cousin Owen.

I liked the giraffes.

Zoo lights will have to become one of our many Christmas time traditions. It was a great!!! And the kids loved it too! Afterwards we went to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants, Red Butte Cafe.
